Privacy Policy

This policy explains what nayasol.app collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name and sign-in provider (Google, Apple or email), handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages and requests: the conversations you have and the custom content you request, so we can deliver them and remember context between visits.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser information, and IP address, used for security and to improve the Service.

How we use it

• To run the Service: sign you in, deliver content, process credits and memberships.
• To keep the Service safe: fraud prevention, abuse detection, age and policy enforcement.
• To contact you about your account, purchases and important changes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your messages to train third-party models.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), and content-generation vendors that receive only the request text needed to produce what you asked for. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.

Sign in with Google and Apple

When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email address (or Apple’s private relay address) to create your account. We request no other Google or Apple data.

Your choices

• You can edit what the Service remembers about you, or clear it, from your account settings.
• You can delete your account at any time; we remove your data within 30 days except where we must keep records of purchases.
• Email us at privacy@nayasol.app to exercise access, correction or deletion rights.

Retention and security

Data is kept for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years for payment records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the Service.
