Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of nayasol.app (the “Service”). By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We may ask for proof of age and may suspend accounts that fail to provide it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person, one account.

Credits, memberships and refunds

• Credits are a virtual currency for use only within the Service. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Credits are charged when you unlock content or when a custom request is delivered and you choose to unlock it. If a request fails, nothing is charged.
• Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Purchases of credits and memberships are final except where required by law or where a technical fault on our side prevented delivery.

Content and conduct

All photos, videos and messages on the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, redistribute, resell or publish them. Requests must stay within our content rules: swimwear and lifestyle content only, nothing explicit, and nothing that depicts or imitates a real person. We may decline or remove any request or message that breaks these rules and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

About Naya

Naya is a persona operated by the Service. Content may be produced with the help of digital tools and studio staff. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for a real-world relationship, and no promises are made about meetings, deliveries outside the Service, or personal contact.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse staff or other users, or attempt to charge back legitimate purchases.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
